We enjoyed this large, new build, modern furnished home with plenty of room for a large family. It was easy to get in and out. Large driveway and yard. A few housekeeping issues to be addressed but overall well worth the price. Very convenient to downtown highlights. Set in a quiet neighborhood. We had a nice visit. Would come back again.

House was nice and provided a room that a group of girls could stay together in. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. And ride share drivers told us not to walk around in the area. House was clean, but had ants in the kitchen area upon arrival. We continuously cleaned up after ourselves and the ants. Location was good - short commute to downtown and Five Points area. And again, house was great.

Modern spacious house close to the action of downtown Nashville. Everything was clean and modern. The communication with the management company was top notch as well. The only negative is the immediate area. Not much around it. Definitely feels like an area on the rise but not there yet.

We had a great experience , the house was even more beautiful in person. This house is spacious, clean, well-decorated, and holds everything you need! Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out was so simple.

I loved everything about this place! I have been to Nashville many times and lived in many different houses and apartments during our stay! This is by far the best place! Will go back

Great place- wish there were more comfortable seating in living room for a large group- had to pull chairs from other rooms but they weren’t comfortable- TV in primary bedroom did not connect. Otherwise we really enjoyed the space for our group.

Was just there for the week and loved it. Good space for larger group and quiet neighborhood. Minutes from downtown and east end shopping. Could use more seating for lounging but easy to make do. we enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean, neatly decorated and well appointed. We weren’t there for much of our stay as we were busy moving our daughter into a rental close by, but we were comfortable while there. As is the case with most properties these days privacy isn’t top priority but I think it’s necessary to have cameras for safety. My daughter did leave behind something of value and we were not able to recover the items, but ultimately it’s her responsibility to maintain her belongings. It’s was just disappointing not to get it back.
