About this cabin rental
2 bedroom simple cabin in the heart of Hochatown. The location has excellent parking for pulling boats and other water toys. Conveniently located to so many of the great attractions Hochatown has to offer. Nice covered porch. Patio looks into a wooded area. Located off hwy 259 behind Shoppes at Eagle Ridge. Jetted tub and a stand alone shower. Simple but clean. Brand new flooring. Simple, nothing fancy. Everything you will need to rest, relax and recharge. The space is a small but cozy little cabin located behind The Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. On one side there is a RV Park and the other is another cabin. The back of the property is a very thick wooded area. The front of the property looks out to a dirt/ gravel county road that runs behind the shopping center. When it is dry, yes there is dust. It does however set far enough from that road that everything is not covered in dust. I try to list all these things in specifics. There have been a few guest over my 13 years in doing this that didn't realize they would encounter dirt road, dust, lightening bugs and other such insects. You are in a rural setting with many amenities just a short drive away. Some say the best of both worlds. Other things to note Coffee is provided. Towels and linens provided. This cabin is literally in the heart of Hochatown. Walking distance to The Shoppes at Eagle Ridge. Less than 1/2 mile from the saloon. The living room has a large sectional if you need a comfy spot to sleep another guest. Large screen tv in the living room. Bedroom/ master has a tv also. Both TVs are smart TVs. Everything you will need while in town whether it be for the weekend or a week.

Cabin is in a great location! It was very nice and clean all throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils you could possibly need. Stay was very relaxing, I would definitely go back!

This rental was just across the street from, but not within the Beavers Bend State Park. So if you want to save a bit and still be close to park, this is perfect for 1 family. also includes a jacuzzi and grill in back, although we did not try them.
Things to note: No closets (that we could find) or stands to put suitcases on, although there are drawers to place folded clothes in
Also, the house is offset quite bit from Pinyon Road, which itself is a dirt/gravel road, as noted in the ad. From that road, you need to go down another dirt/gravel road to get to the house. It has trees and covered parking for one car, which helps. When looking for the hosue, look for the blue sign with "Simplicity" and you should find it

Central location, backyard is small, view of other trailers, did not feel safe. Noisy nights from music in the bar infront of the property. If you're looking for peace or relaxation this isnt for you. Also found cameras in cabin that weren’t in use but made me uncomfortable.

This is my second time renting this cabin for weekend get away and it’s just what I needed. The place is always sparkling clean and fully stocked of what u may need to cook. Great location I will deff book again :)

Just amazing,we just enjoyed our stay with joy and laughter,we were upset while leaving because we just loved the place ,the clean house ❤️we really liked it ,and for sure will be back 🥰.

Was a cute place, but, not a great neighborhood. Cabin next store had a lot of junk outside, took away from the appearance of our place. The back yard backed up to a creek, so we saw several deer. The host was very helpful.

Everything in the cabin was pretty good; except the amenities are old and out-dated, and the bed mattresses were just sunk-in. Ended in back pain after just two nights stayed.

The cabin is in the perfect location in town. It is close to literally everything. The cabin itself is nice and quiet considering how close it is to the main street. It is roomy inside with plenty of space to spread out and relax. There were exactly the number of towels for the number of people we had, so if you are one to shower with more than one towel, I would suggest you bring extras. Both beds are super comfortable and it was very homey. The owner agreed to give us the check in instructions a day early which was much appreciated, but it sounded as though she prefers to give them the day of. If you are one to plan ahead, know that you might not get your check in instructions until the day of which could be problematic since cell phone coverage is hit or miss. Overall I would recommend this cabin and would come here again!

A little different furniture than the pics but it was very comfortable. The barn door to the bedroom was hard to move. The main bedroom had no drawers or closet so most things we put on the floor. My daughter loved having her own tv in her room. There were extra quilts and drawers in her room. We stayed in the summer when the weather was in the triple digits so the very cold A/C was appreciated! Overall a good stay for a long weekend.

we were in the area for some geocaching in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana so we wanted a centrally located spot and this fit the bill. Nice place, we all enjoyed coming back each evening after a long day out. Easy parking in the shade, well lit at night. Wi-fi was more than adequate as well. Back-porch sitting was nice at night and early mornings. Saw a few deer in back yard. Nice, clean cabin roomy enough for 4 adults.

Convenient location, with easy access to main attractions!
The property is conveniently located off the main road with easy access to main attractions, but private enough to enjoy some quiet time. My family and I had a good time staying at this home. We had a small inconvenience with the lights in one of the bedrooms, we couldn't figure out how to turn it, but Amy and her team resolved it in not time.
We were surprised that the kitchen is not well furnished with some utensils, pots, etc. therefore, if you are planning to cook or grill, you might want to bring your own. Also, bring extra towels since it seems that the ones provided are specifically counted for the number of guests staying and no toiletries were provided, only hand soap and plenty of dish soap.
We would probably stay here again, but we will be better prepared next time!

Destination wedding
Pros: very comfortable 2 bed 1 bath
Location close to all resort offerings. Walked to breakfast spot every morning.
TV was great to catch up on sporting events, etc.
A/C was spectacular.
I would consider renting again.
Cons: cabin behind strip mall and next to RV park so initial reaction is less than luxurious. However the inside and back of cabin was wonderful.
cell coverage was fine in cabin but sketchy throughout the area. Wifi in the area was sketchy but worked well in the cabin 2 of 3 days.
Traffic in the area on the holiday weekend was pretty bad. Allow yourself 30 mins to go 6 miles.
