Contact us for details!** Welcome to City Escape Lakehouse, the most breathtaking, serene property with some of the best views on Lake LBJ! This newly constructed lake house is the ideal getaway for multiple families, friends or a long-term place to call home. This exquisite home is beautifully decorated and radiates joy from the moment you enter. Guests are immediately greeted with awe-inspiring views of the lake and immediately the calming effects this house delivers sets in. With sleeping accommodations for 11, this home comes with 3 spacious bedrooms, paired with 3 full bathrooms, giving way to hours of relaxation and serenity. The exceptionally large open concept living and kitchen area looks out onto the lake and is ideal for large gatherings. Equipped with everything you need for cooking memorable meals, including an outdoor gas grill, the kitchen is spacious and contains a large island with seating for 4 with the adjoining dining table accommodating another 8 guests. The large living area boasts a 60” TV with full cable, comfy couches, chairs, and plenty of side tables for card and board games. Every bedroom comes with a 60” TV, with cable service plus ROKU. Log into Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Hulu, and more through our high-speed Wi-Fi. With a full view of the lake, the primary bedroom offers a King size bed, a huge bathroom, and an expansive chaise lounge. The second large bedroom boasts spectacular views of the lake and includes a King bed plus a Queen sleeper sofa, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room sleeps 5-6 people with twin bunks, a standalone twin bed plus a queen-sized standalone bed. Sunrise and sunset are spectacular. At night relax in Adirondack chairs while enjoying s'mores at the custom fire pit. For the fisherman at heart, cast fishing poles directly at the water's edge and hook a bass. Bring your own boat or water toys, or rent them through Splash Boat Rental (book in advance during the summer season). They will deliver right to our dock, making it easy for you to enjoy throughout your vacation. This home is in close proximity to family-friendly restaurants, pizzerias, shopping, coffee shops all within walking distance of the house. Famous for live music, incredible burgers and pizza, and a Texas-sized bar and just pure fun, Boat Town is a 5-minute WALK from the house. Another bonus is H-E-B, Texas's biggest grocery store chain is less ½ mile from the house. Steps from the driveway is a 1-mile paved walking trail that shows native wildflowers and leads you to a school playground open on weekends and all summer long. This single-story home is ADA compliant, with large hallways, door frames, and hardwood floors, easy for wheelchairs (and strollers too) to wheel throughout. We are delighted to recommend services like personal massages and recommend nearby excursions to vineyards, hill country, concert venues, nighttime BOW fishing and so much more. We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 11 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay. There is a limit of 3 vehicles unless otherwise approved. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES

Hi there. We absolutely LOVED this property! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the water. It looks so pretty in the pictures, but we didn't know that there would be thick weeds to swim through to find a spot in the water that didn't have this problem. We ended up renting a mat so that we could put our cooler and one of our more squeamish friends on it. 😬 Swimming though it would have been okay if it opened up to a large space without the weeds, but they were everywhere and were scratchy/painful to swim through. If we had known, we would have prepared a little better with more mats for all of us to float on or chosen another property because the floating in the water all day aspect is the main reason we do these get aways. Other than that, it was great. We were super impressed with all of the nice appliances - especially the oven! Thank you!

Wow! We had an amazing time during our stay in Kingsland in this house. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is an extra luxury during a vacation. Decorations and style of the house was beautiful. Lots of space and comfortable. Location was great, shops and restaurants were a very short drive.
Suggestions:
- Garage needs a/c because we were not able to use the games (ping pong and air hockey tables) due to the extreme hot weather and it been so hot inside. We didn’t missed it, but it’s a nice choice to have available for kids.
- House providing some water toys (like kayaks or paddle boards) included, even with extra charge, so we have even more activities available.
Thank you for everything, we loved our vacation here and will definitely go back soon.

We enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break relaxing at this beautiful home on Lake LBJ! There is plenty of room, the house was clean and decorated so well. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, we even grilled burgers one night outside. The porch overlooks a nice yard and being right on the water was perfect for the kids. The beds are SUPER comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice and spacious! We are already making plans to come back - it is great to find a house you know will be the right size, clean and BEAUTIFUL! We HIGHLY recommend!

Enjoyed this beautiful venue with family and aging parents. Notwithstanding gorgeous views and easy water access, the home itself was very comfortable with modern appeal and ammentites to support all our activities from late night card games, outdoor cooking, swimming and night sky gazing. We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home!

Perfect lake house for a quick relaxing get away with family and friends. We had 2 families in the home and it was very comfortable and spacious for 9 people. It was clean and had plenty of towels and tp. Beds are super comfy! The view is breathtaking! Definitely recommend!

This rental was everything and more. The location was perfect and interior was a dream! It didn’t feel like I was only an hour from home and was the best weekend getaway with friends! The water was great for swimming, temp, depth and being right there was so perfect. The house came with a lily pad float and other floatys which was an added unexpected bonus. Could not recommend more and can’t wait to come back!!

Lakehouse with boat dock in canal
Well appointed and clean. Have stayed here several times. We brought a floating lily pad which was fun for swimming.. Will be back!

The view of the fireworks from this property was amazing it was directly across the river from this house the only downside about the property was the canal was full of moss and stagnant water the boat lifts weren’t fully functional unfortunately but other than that I’d recommend staying here!

We had 7 people; my husband and myself, my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, step daughter, her husband and their 4 month old baby. The house was fine. I had problems with the service of housekeeping. The house has 3 bathrooms and the only tp in the house was a partial roll in each bathroom. We didn’t realize there wasn’t any extra until we ran out. I contacted the rental agency and was told I received an email with instructions that stated we only get a “starter kit” and we have to supply other items. I responded that I did not receive that email and could they resend it. They then apologized and said they had our rental confused with others and we should have extra tp so they would send housekeeping over with some. We had already driven to Walmart and purchased some but they did bring some. Then 5 days after checkout they sent me an email saying there were “missing items” from the garage and I was being charged over $500 for 2 missing fishing reels! Not the whole poles, just the reels. I contacted them and said we did not take anything from the house! After much discussion between them, my husband and myself we have not been charged. I’m not sure how you prove that you did not take something but I would be very careful renting from them. Overall the house was nice but the experience was not.

Great Location
House was great! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. It was very clean and had everything you would need. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room. Being right on the river was great! Kids were able to fish right there. It had a fire pit, which we were looking forward to using. However, there was a fire ban. We didn’t think about checking that out beforehand. We now know.:)
The house was in a great location- close to local restaurants, Inks State Park and Longhorn Caverns. Only a short drive to Marble Falls, Spicewood and Enchanted Rock.
