Fun-filled beach days await at this stylish 3BR/2BA condo at the Carolina Bay Condominiums! Enjoy stunning views of the Intercoastal Waterway from your private balcony. Walk 9 minutes to the ocean, or relax by the shared pool. Highlights include modern décor and new appliances. A plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions are within an easy 1.5-mile radius. LIVING AREA After a day by the waves, unwind in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa and three armchairs. Watch a new movie on the 50 cable TV. Turn on the custom glass bead bed fireplace with a flick of a switch. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will appreciate the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. BED & BATH This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms. Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 60 cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden-style soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 42 cable TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a 42 cable TV. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Sip morning coffee on the balcony, outfitted with seating for six. Soak up the sun by the unheated on-site pool (6 deep), open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the outdoor lot is provided. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Please note the boat dock is not available for guest use. THE LOCATION Walk just 9 minutes to the ocean! Or find fun for the whole family a half-mile away at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A plethora of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities are available within a 1.5-mile radius. Other local attractions include Carolina Beach State Park and Wilmington Beach. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Place was beautiful with a great view. Really enjoyed location. The inlet in front of the condo was great for morning paddle boarding!

The condo was beautiful and centrally located to all surrounding attractions. My only issue was that the front door keypad kept malfunctioning even though management changed the code several times, but overall great vacation!

We loved everything about this condo! It was in walking distance to everything, great views, kitchen was stocked nicely and very clean and up to date! We look forward to staying again!

Came with wife, two kids, and mother-in-law. Just a tremendous place that has access to all kinds of activities and food. Plenty of beach parking at a decent rate. Not overcrowded beaches like Jersey. The condo has a large living room and bedrooms. Plenty of space to hang if it’s too hot or rainy outside. Pool was right there for use and my son loved it. Great to sit on the deck in early morning with a coffee and watch pelicans, terns, gulls, and gulls fly over the marina!

Well stocked kitchen, extremely spacious, very roomy deck and seating, pool was perfect, and the view of the canal was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay! Also very clean!

Very spacious and comfortable condo. Loved the pool and the grounds were very nicely kept. Loved the close proximity to beach and downtown Carolina Beach. Wonderful and restful stay for all of us.

We had a wonderful vacation in Carolina Beach. There is enough stuff to do around the area that you don't have to spend every minute on the beach. Ate at several local restaurants that were pretty good; rode the ferry to Southport; etc. The condo was pretty, well-stocked, and comfortable. The only problem we had was the storm Elsa that knocked out the wi-fi for three days (did not get it fixed before we left, although they tried), but the power never went out so we were ok. The walk to the beach is short, although you can't see it from the condo. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress in the master. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much.

We had a nice stay. The condo is spacious and conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and the beach but is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had all the items we needed but like other rentals I've stayed in, there was some wear and tear like stained carpet in the bedrooms and a broken dryer. Overall, we liked the property, enjoyed our stay, and it met my family's needs.
Our interactions with the property management company were good. We did encounter an issue during our stay and they were quick to take action.

We had a nice stay. The condo is spacious and conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and the beach but is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I stayed for a week here. It was the perfect getaway & such a great experience! The people living & renting were so friendly and this property is amazing! The locals were very nice as well. Great place to get away without the crowds. We highly recommend staying as this property. Very clean, quiet, and great pool! Literally a 5 min walk to the boardwalk & beach.

Community Beach Feel
My husband and I stayed for a week here. It was the perfect getaway & such a great experience! The people living & renting were so friendly and this property is amazing! August 2020 vacation
We had a good time at the beach however there were some inconveniences such as roofers directly over our condo almost every morning, dryer not working properly, killed several roaches inside condo, several on the outside, balcony furniture too dirty to sit on and very stained carpet in master bedroom. Overall less than average accommodations for the money. Would not rent this condo again.

Comfortable family vacation at a great location
This end unit condo was very comfortable for our family. It was spacious, had plenty of natural light, and the furniture was comfortable. The view of the docks and canal were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. Although a large sharp knife would have been useful. They have a keurig and a small 4 cup coffee pot which was fine, but I did miss my large coffee pot. The beds were comfy and the sheets and towels were soft. There was plenty of hot water when everyone needed a shower after a day at the beach. All in all we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

the area is just completely different than we were use to. condo was nice, but carpet needs to be replaced. The other members of the condos, you could tell, were not enthusiastic about renters. most were nice and overall the stay was pleasant.

Beach get-away
The condo was spacious for our family of four. The walk to the beach was short enough and view of the marina was nice. Full size kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils and the pool was well cared for.

Short beach get-away
Communication from rental company was excellent! Property was a great size for us- two adults and two teens. We liked that the property was not right on the beach because we were able to practice social distancing. View of the marina was nice. Pool was well cared for and condo had lots of kitchen supplies. We would stay here again.
