The location to the beach was great, the house was very clean and had lots of amenities, and the golf cart was such an amazing perk. So easy to transport everything to the beach! We had a wonderful time!!

This house is perfect! It is open and welcoming!! The area is quite and gives easy access to pool, beach, and entrances on both sides. The home itself has everything you need all you need to do is bring your groceries. I will for sure be staying here again!

We had a great trip! The house was spotless upon arrival! The seat belts on the golf cart and the gates on the deck were amazing with small children! The kids really enjoyed the cracked corn for feeding the geese!

The house is open and spacious. We had three generations staying for the week and had plenty of space to spread out during the rain or when a break from the sun was needed. The house is well stocked with dishes, beach chairs, etc (the best knives we’ve had yet). The towels are so soft and the extra throw blankets were great on the rainy days. Our kids enjoyed feeding the geese, ducks, and turtles. The golf cart makes trips to the beach and pool so easy! Can’t not mention the ease of communication with Teri!

We had a BLAST at Nana & Nonnie’s beach house. You can tell it was recently renovated, and it was in perfect condition! Each room beautifully themed and the fully stocked kitchen was so helpful for our family. We got to enjoy meals at “home” in addition to going out! My kids loved the deck and enjoyed spending time with the geese, turtles, and ducks. We actually saw a turtle laying eggs on the deck - which was a once in a lifetime experience!! The golf cart being included made life so much easier and was so much fun. Driving to the beach and pool with the golf cart was such a fun experience. My kids loved it!! We had such a great trip.

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this home to anyone! The home is beautifil and Teri and Liz made sure we had everything we could possibly need and more. We had 7 adults and never once felt crowded. We loved the quiet time on the deck feeding the bird and turtles, the pools, and golf cart.

This gouse was so cute and at a very convenient location for all the fun things to do! The owner checked in on us and was very easy to reach for all of our needs! I 10/10 recommended and would love to stay here for our future vacations!

It was spacious, beautifully decorated, centrally located, and a wonderful place to entertain guests. We have the same VRBO property scheduled for the first 3 months of 2024.

Our stay was perfect, the house was extremely clean! Feeding the ducks off the back deck was a big hit with the kids and the gates one either side made it so that I could let our two year old run back and forth without worrying about her near the water! The house was well equipped and the property owners were easy to get in touch with and very nice! 10/10 recommend, would love to stay again!

The property was in a safe, secure place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space to spread out. The best part was the well maintained golf cart. We were able to drive it to the beach and to other areas on the property. There was a very large back deck overlooking the waterway. We really enjoyed out stay.

We arrived it was easy to access and place was very clean. We enjoyed the golf cart to beach and the back deck with the Swans,mallards,turtles and geese. The home has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. I liked it so much. I am looking for a place to buy in Oceanside Village. Thank you for sharing your home and your generous hospitality. Nicest house I believe we’ve ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean and very well equipped. All of the comforts of home plus more. Check in and checkout went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend staying here. Owners are fantastic!

Immediately upon opening the front door, you feel at home. Gorgeous property, clean and very well maintained. Wonderful back deck where you can feed the ducks or watch the stars. House has everything you need, including beach toys and chairs. Owners are wonderful to work with. We already booked again for next year!!

We had such a wonderful time. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with, checked in on us, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean. They had things for us to use if we didn’t have them and it was all around a great stay. Our little girls had such a fun time and loved the wildlife outside. Thanks so much again for the stay!!!

This home was beautiful, very accomadating, and location was pleasant, very peaceful and quiet. The home owners were very welcoming and nice to deal with.

My family and I really enjoyed Teri & Liz's home. We've been staying in OSV since 2013. Their spot is perfect! They even provided corn for the ducks & geese. We loved being on the water. Checking into the property was a breeze.

We had an amazing week, weather was about perfect, the house was beautiful, the hosts go above and beyond. They text you on your way , on your way home, they let you know they’re there if you have any questions , they do all the extras, they were wonderful 😊 I’m really missing feeding the ducks and geese , hopefully we will be back next summer 🤞🏻

We absolutely enjoyed this property as our first place in Myrtle beach!! The location was perfect for fishing, the house was so homey and welcoming . The gold cart addition was our favorite part! Oceanside village had all the amenities and felt safe to have the kids out playing! Great place overall!

Such a nice place. You might think “small” but the openness of the floor plan makes you think “huge”. All the amenities were top notch and the owners have you in mind when preparing this place. We had a great stay!!

Very pleased with size of home and amenities. Home owners are very cognizant of all the possible needs of renters and supply so many things that you might forget or not realize you will need.

We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this adorable and convenient place. The proximity to the beach combined with the amenities in the village were perfect for our family gathering. The owners were highly responsive and the property was exceptionally clean.

Incredible home with exceptional views of the pond and wildlife! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved feeding the wildlife so much that we went to the store twice for fruit, vegetables and more seed to feed them. We even named a couple of geese, Fred and Ethel! We had the best time feeding Stewart and Stella, the resident swans. Teri was especially responsive and a pleasure to talk to! We LOVED it and hope to go back next year!

The house was SUPER clean, the location was wonderful, having the golf cart included was a huge perk, and the owners were above and beyond helpful and easy to communicate with for any question we had. Too bad every rental situation is not this good… pictures were spot on, there were no hidden fees or crazy requirements, and the owners truly seemed like they wanted my family to have a phenomenal trip! Definitely will make this an annual spot for vacation!

A great layout with a terrific central and well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook. And we do. There were 6 of us with two who visited from time to time, and we could all be together in the same room - some cooking, some just chilling. The critters outside are a fun distraction The Swans are beautiful. The Geese can be noisy! Great communication with the owners who answer any queries immediately. Overall, a positive experience . Try it, you'll like it!
