The house was well equipped with everything you could need. The property is private and very peaceful.

Great stay aside from the TV situation. There is one small tv in the whole house. It Is mounted too high to watch comfortable from anywhere in the living room. However possibly the biggest issue is the only system the US is Roku. This means there is no live television no anything that you would want to watch it was terrible

Just finished a 3 week stay and everything was wonderful. Location was perfect with very easy access to town. House was clean and very comfortable. It’s the perfect size for my wife and I, and the occasional guest or 2. Communication with host was seamless and we would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much!

We booked a two day getaway with two moms & kids. The house is a great location to zip either way, East Hampton or Sag. A few things were broken upon arrival and we told the owner right away, who was very responsive. The house needed a better deep clean ( dusty windows when we opened them) but the beds and common area were clean. We were disappointed we couldn’t use the heated pool ( the whole reason we booked this house) it was so cold out the pool heater wouldn’t work, which was not the owners fault but would have liked to have been told this was a possibility knowing the weather was what it was, instead of having our kids sad they couldn’t use the pool. The house is stocked with linens, towels comfy pillows and extra blankets. We didn’t bring our dog but it would be a great space to have a small dog.

We visited this property for the first time in Mid October. We had a warmest October weekend and it felt like summer was not over yet. The house is excellent, clutter free with a modern Ikea kitchen and all new appliances, even fridge was cleaned well for our arrival. There is a big dining room table for us to enjoy our meals. The outside area has an excellent lighting area and we stayed outdoor till midnight for a friendly chat and a glass of wine. The most amazing is a pool!!! I can not wait to dip in it next time. Even our dog enjoyed fetching the ball in the backyard. We also had a great weekend. Thank you
