This condo is located on the ground floor of a newly remodeled building, where you'll find a seasonal outdoor swimming pool waiting right out back. You can ski home on winter afternoons to find comfortable features at every turn, from a private washer/dryer for your snowy socks to a gas-powered fireplace with a flatscreen TV mounted up above. The full kitchen offers polished stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher), a prep island with bar seats for two, and a charming breakfast nook. On summer evenings, you can bring a cup of coffee outside to the small patio; in winter, your nights are best spent streaming movies as the snow piles up outside. Additional amenities include a second TV in the bedroom, high-speed WiFi, and a ski locker near the building entrance. It's owned by the resort and available to all guests. Day use fees apply, but the facilities are extensive. It is open year-round and includes entertaining activities and amenities, from indoor pools and hot tubs to yoga and other fitness programs, a weight room, a sauna, and much more. Discounts are available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
