Warm and inviting two-bedroom townhome right next door to Colorado Mesa University. After your hike or bike ride enjoy local dining or catch a sporting event at Stoker Stadium just a few minutes' walk away. A short 10-minute walk will find you on main street ready for a show at the Avalon or Mesa Theaters. Main street is home to the finest dining the Grand Valley has to offer, The Winery (please make reservations), La Rouge, Rockslide Brewery, Goat and Tavern, and The Blue Moon to name a few. Woven in these palette pleasing establishments are havens for those who prefer a more active night life and many local shops for gifts when returning home after a well-deserved hiatus. Don't forget to stop in Enstrom's Candy to sample their world-famous Toffee and an amazing Cappuccino.

Just as others have mentioned the house was very clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and centrally located. My family had a wonderful stay and the house fit our needs perfectly. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well appointed. We’d definitely stay there again!

The house was exactly where we needed it and in lovely condition. It is directly next to current construction, but it is what it is being that close to campus so no complaints. The crews do start at 6:30am every day and you can't hear a peep with the windows closed. A quiet and convenient place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. The property was clean and well cared for. We only had a couple days . We enjoyed the downtown area and spent a day at the Grand Mesa.

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving. The owner was so nice, responsive and the check in was very easy. It's a really cute and clean place within walking distance of CMU for families that have students there. Very close to downtown and many restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay!

Great little 2 bedroom place just off campus. It was a great place to visit our CMU student and for him to come relax away from the dorm. Plenty in the area and we love having a kitchen.

The place was great! Very clean! Steve was awesome! There was an internet issue when we arrived. Steve was available and worked with the ISP to resolve the issue. My family loved the place and we would stay here again.

A great stay.
Great place to relax after being outside all day. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Steve even let us check in early at the last minute when we got into town a lot earlier than expected.

Grand Junction
Property worked great for us, originally we planned on three people but ended up being two. Steve was quick at responding and property was clean. We didn’t spend too much time here but it was a good home base. I would recommend if you are in the grand junction area.

Quiet, clean and comfy. We had 3 guys stay here to do some mountain biking in the area and it worked out great for us! Good location and seemed to have everything we needed for our quick trip to GJ/Fruita. Would definitely stay here again.
