Perhaps the best part about the house's location is its direct access to a variety of hiking trails. Just steps outside your backyard, you will be able to walk onto a path that connects to the Rivanna Trail Loop. Leading alongside a babbling creek in the tranquil woods, this trail will bring you to Charlottesville's beautiful Rivanna River. Perfect for a morning or afternoon hike... and especially perfect for dog walks! Overall, this house is extremely well-equipped for the needs of its guests. It has 3 coffee machines, including a Nespresso, a Cuisinart, and ...our personal favorite ;) ... the Bialetti coffee maker. The smart T.V. has Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Youtube, Hulu, and Disney Plus, so bring your logins to sign in and watch.
