The unit itself was exactly like the pictures. The property run down outside. Great location to the beach, and Atlantic Ave.

This small rental is well-appointed, well-maintained and comfortable. Great location too!

The condo was clean and just as pictured. Check in process was simple. The location was also great and safe; walking distance to the beach and the pool on site was nice as well.

My boyfriend and I wanted an easy trip and thats what we got! The property was in the perfect spot, close to the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. Prior to finding this, we considered booking a hotel and we were so glad we didn’t because it was blocks away from the beach. Corrina was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The property was very clean and the perfect size- it was nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Had an awesome time and would definitely book this place again!

The location in relation to the beach, shops, restaurants was great. The space was spotless, beautiful, comfortable, newly renovated. Check in and out easy Carina was accommodating, warm and helpful. Definitely coming again.

This property had everything we needed for a 5 day stay while we visited our daughter who lives locally. A stone’s throw from the beach and lovely beach-view walking path, shops, ice cream, plus great breakfast and dinner options. Clean unit and very comfy bed. We both slept well all week. Hope to be back on our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay as the beach was one block away via sidewalk to you don't have to contend with the traffic on Atlantic Ave. My only complaint is that the wifi was awful. I didn't come to work but even using our laptops to find things to do around time wasn't easy. It appears the complex uses community wifi. Watching television when we returned from the beach was also effected since the TV has to be on wifi. It buffered so much that it was useless.

We booked 2 weeks of relaxation, and that’s what we did, relax. The condo, is very nice. . It’s close to the beach and shopping, making it a great location. We had great communication with VRBO. They were very helpful, whenever we had questions.

Great location! The area is very walkable. Definitely did not need a car. Hosts were responsive with questions.

Property was well maintained. Many new items of furniture making it easier to store clothing. There were a variety of kitchen tools available and the kitchen itself was compact but very well designed. Most notable is the desirable location, so close to the beach and very near Atlantic Avenue and many great restaurants and stores. We will hopefully be returning next February to enjoy the property once again.

We loved our 4 night stay in delray! This studio is the perfect amount of space for 2 people and in such a great location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants in town!

Very cute place. Safe neighborhood. One block walk from the beach and from the main tourist street with shops. Clean. Great communication.

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect for two of us. So close to the beach and Atlantic Ave- we didn’t even rent a car. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Shelly was very communicative from the get-go, which was a big help in reducing travel stress. The condo was exactly as described: a small, neat and spacious efficiency studio in a great locations (short two blocks from the BEAUTIFUL beach, and one block from hopping Atlantic Ave.). It was well stocked with the stuff you don't want to lug along while travelling: hair dryer, iron, coffee maker (and coffee/creamers), extra towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. The bed was a comfortable queen. A big plus was beach towels, beach bag, two very good beach chairs (sand recliners) and even an umbrella (the good kind that screws into the sand). The complex was very quiet, day and night. The only negative was the window AC unit which seemed to labor to keep up with the heat but it did the job (just a little noisy at night). Overall, it was a great value stay in lovely Delray Beach!

The place was clean, comfortable and located near the beach. It was also only 1 block away from Atlantic Avenue, the most fun street in Delray. Works fine for 2 people.
