Onsite Security. Pool/Spa The bad: Inconsistent grounds/maintenance/housekeeping. Transient guests. Freeway noise. Lock Issues. The Ugly: Possible food, tobacco, Marijuana smells. Loitering guests. A lot of homeless outside. The front doors lock after 5:30pm and they never tell you this. The side doors are the only in and out and the parking lot is not safe. Not a good place for family’s or anybody that wants to acually sleep and feel safe.

Tempe stay
The stay was good, the inside was nice and clean. The hallways had a really bad sewer smell and the location doesn’t help because we kept seeing homeless, crackheads and prostitutes hanging around the place but if u get better security might make the welcome of the place better and safer.
