A bunkroom creates adds an extra measure of fun and comfort for the kids. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Location was great for us. The furniture was very worn and dated. The mattresses needed to be upgraded.

Over all pretty great!! Clean, gorgeous and convenient! The house is well stocked!! Lots of space!! The listing mentioned a shared pool but when I inquired about the share pool after arriving to the property I was told there’s not one. That was disappointing considering I had told my children we could go to the pool. The listing never mentions Wi-Fi so I did assume there would be Wi-Fi since most properties automatically have it. I do wish the listing had mentioned there is no Wi-Fi available considering my husband and I both work remotely I needed to occasionally tap into work. Otherwise pretty great! Fishing off the dock was a lot of fun!!

The header on this property states it has a shared pool. It does not. After checking into the property and being unable to find access to a pool, I called the management company. They confirmed this property does not have access to a pool. They stated the VRBO listing was inaccurate. I vacationed for the first time in 5 years with my family (including a child) and the only reason I booked this property was because it stated it had access to a pool IN THE MAIN HEADER. This is a gross misrepresentation of the property. Otherwise, the property has a great view/access to the water and was cleaned well. The furnishings are very out of date and the beds/pillows are pretty uncomfortable.

Condition, cleanliness, and ease of experience was perfect. Vacant even called me to check in, there was an issue so minimal I wouldn't have called. But since they asked, I told them about it and in less than an hour it was repaired. Top notch. I will absolutely book again, using only vacasa from now on. Thank you
