This is a reverse living home, where the main living space, including the master bedroom and bath, is upstairs, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground level. This provides great views and cool breezes on the walkout deck, while the lower-level bedrooms stay nice and cool on hot days. The upper-level open floor plan features a great room with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful quartz countertops, a large counter with seating for four, an oversized 8+ seat dining table, a 2-piece powder room, and a large living room.
