Take the walkway down to the beach and dip your toes in the water or take a walk along the shore and collect seashells. It’s the perfect place for a vacation! This complex is conveniently located to area amusements and offers laundry facilities on the first floor and charcoal grills on-site. Condo 319 is a nicely furnished, non-smoking condo on the third floor and offers an ocean view from the balcony. With two bedrooms and 2 baths, your family will get the quality time you’ve been needing. Cozy up in the living room on the sleeper sofa and catch up on shows until the wee hours. Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the balcony or watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for your family meals. After you tuck the children into the guest room with two full beds, sink yourself in the comfort of a king-size bed of the principal bedroom with a TV and a private full bath. The free WiFi access makes it easy to instantly upload your favorite vacation photo! And just to make your vacation a little bit brighter, we will supply all your bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Your beds will be made when you arrive! All you need is your sunscreen and a beach towel. You will find laundry facilities on the first floor to help keep those beach towels clean. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Space was very nice but this unit has a mold issue. One pice of wall art was on the kitchen counter when we checked in and covered in mold. Both closets had signs of mildew and mold on walls. There was duct work in master closet that is a major fire hazard if bulb is left on to long because it had already melted into duct. Walls and entire smell of unit had signs of water damage.

This condo was very quaint and cozy. Access to the beach was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Third floor condo with NO elevator. King sized bed has probably gone way beyond its usefulness as it sags a bit on one side as isnt comfortable at all. Not sure where the laundry area is...directions would be helpful. AC was programed to return to 77 after manually setting to 72, not sure what that was about but to wake up in the middle of the night and having to deal with the ac isnt what i wanted to be doing on vacation.

Due to unforeseen medical issues we were not able to stay. We were not looking for a refund, but to change to another available date in October and the owner would not even consider the option. The option for exchange the trip should not be available on VRBO if the owner would not even consider it.

Beautiful stay, easy to enjoy breakfast coffee from the balcony with the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.

The condo is really nice but you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to it. There was nothing in the listing about there not being a elevator. The beds are hard as a rock. And of course there wasn’t enough wash rags for the stay had to go buy some just to make it through the 4 day 3 night stay.

The description of this property needs to be clear upfront that there is no elevator in the building. This wasn't an issue for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would be difficult to navigate 3 flights of stairs (that are partially exposed to weather and can be wet) and that the unit is several doors down the hallway.
Otherwise the unit was pretty much as described although more run-down than the images show.
The view from the deck is wonderful though.

We loved staying at this Atlantic beach condo, being on the 3rd floor and ocean facing gives amazing views even from inside! Sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee in the mornings was my favorite way to start the day (along with a walk on the beach with the super fast/direct access). The condo was very clean and stocked with the essentials, and worked great for us needing to work remotely too. We look forward to coming back very soon!

Loved everything about the place but the staff should give a good look at the place before they rent it out I had to clean every dish before I use them cause they where dirty I even went to make breakfast for my wife and there was grease still on the pans I mean it was thick and alot of it glasses and plates still had stuff on them I pulled out the sleeper couch and there was brownie pieces everywhere inside all over the bed, sand and pieces of food under table and entertainment center and under other places aswell so we had to do a decent cleaning job before we felt comfortable all and all after that it was a nice place other then having to do a bunch of cleaning. It was my wife and I first vacation in 22 years we didn't want to drive back to or call the office and have to wait longer for our room so we just decided to clean ourselves

Great place at the beach!
This condo is great! The location is nice, easy access to the beach, and a nice view! It was very clean and welcoming. Only suggestion would be in the guest room to add a black out curtain to help with the light coming in from the hallway.
