Welcome to your Florida getaway! This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in the heart of Englewood East and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
As you enter the home, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living room and kitchen with soaring vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The split-bedroom floor plan provides both comfort and privacy.
The primary suite features a large walk-in closet with double doors and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious corner soaking tub and an updated walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home, you'll find two comfortable guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom conveniently located between them.
The laundry room includes a nearly new washer and dryer, making longer stays even more convenient.
Step outside to your private screened lanai and sparkling swimming pool—the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room to enjoy Florida's sunshine.

Available October through March only.
Cost: $20 per day.
Pool heat must be requested at the time of booking.
Requests made after check-in will incur an additional $45 activation fee, plus the daily heating charge.
Grill Use
Please clean the grill after each use. If the grill is left uncleaned, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with three exterior security cameras that are always active:
Front Door: Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front entrance.
Left Side of the Home: Camera monitoring the pool equipment area.
Garage: Camera monitoring the garage interior.
These cameras are used for security purposes only.

The pool was nice except I had to call the host the first day of arrival to let her know the water level was at the edge of the skimmer. I was advised to put water in the pool by the hose that was already in the pool. This made the pool cold. Then 3 days later the pool man came and he then put more water in the pool. We were advised by the pool man not to go into the pool for 3 hours since he had to add chemicals. I called host to see if heater could be used. She advised she had to call owner. A return call was never received.

We were so very pleased with the property. It was so nice and very clean. It is a little farther from the beach than we normally stay but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really loved that. My only issue was the ice maker was not working so we had to buy ice a few times to keep up with the demand of four people. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was perfect for our family of five. The location is good. Only 15 minutes to Manasosta Key.
