Perhaps no better location than this if you are visiting a Wake Forest student. Walking distance to Reynolda Gardens and Village too. Host extremely communicative and helpful. Welcoming cottage-y feel. Backyard patio and side-screened porch a bonus. Would stay here again!

It was nice to be all together in a house rather than a hotel. The home owner called us prior to our visit which was great since we were not familiar with the area. I think his house keeping crew was not the best and probably he has had some guest in the past that were very rough on his house but we enjoyed our trip very much.

We rented the property due to a wedding at the Graylyn Estate. This house was 1 block off and we were able to walk everywhere! Want to go to Wake Forest? 5 minute walk. Head to Bookmarks, the local book store? 5 Minutes. Need some BBQ from Little Richards? 5 Minutes! If you are staying in Winston-Salem, you need to rent this property!

Not as clean as expected, garbage can in kitchen still full of trash. Used bars of soap in showers

The owners were communicative, helpful, and, while we didn't have any issues, seemed like they would be willing to address any that came up. Great location near WFU. One thing to note: the house is heavily scented with air fresheners.

Stayed here with my family for my son's graduation. Can not beat the location. Less than 5 minutes to campus. We hosted lunch after the ceremony Monday for the extended family plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the beautiful back yard too.

Rented this property for my nephew and his groomsmen. They appreciated the spacious comfort. And they especially enjoyed the setup for video games. It was a late night and cold weather, so they didn’t have opportunity to experience all the nice amenities. But the home was excellent and met our needs. Also, the owner was very conscientious, caring and great with communications. If opportunity arises, we’d love to return!

This is a lovely family home that was well-equipped for cooking, lounging, and playing together. There were cooking supplies and toys, movies, and books. We especially enjoyed the fire pit with the large yard for the kids to run around!

The property is in an excellent location especially if you are attending functions at Wake Forest University. The house is clean and very comfortable. Three bedrooms on the main floor and one in the basement. The one in the basement is excellent for teenagers and anyone wanting a little more privacy. There is a separate full bathroom in the basement. Great private backyard with a fire pit. Owner is very accommodating, met us at the house on arrival to show us around. Great little “village” 2 or 3 blocks down the street, a visit to Dough Joe’s in the village is a must for coffee and exceptional doughnuts. Great experience all around!

This house was perfect for our family and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. . Great location. Homeowner was very friendly and accessible. We will definitely stay here again!

Home owner, Michael is very nice and easy to reach with questions. We had a really nice stay but honestly this home could use some updates and a thorough cleaning. So much potential in this cute little home.

The house was great and had lots of room. Sadly we were unable to take advantage of all this property has to offer. Would be a great place to entertain a large family or a longer stay than our family had. Worth a look and or stay

Home owner/manager was great a communication. He reached out to us when we had not showed up. His concern was touching. We had a flat and it delayed our arrival. Even late he came out to give a tour and show everyone around. If we make up this way again we are definitely staying here again.
