This fully furnished month-to-month vacation rental is located right next to the Cardiff-by-the-Sea community of Encinitas. A gorgeous 3-bedroom beach home that is a 5-minute walk to the infamous Swami's Beach, a local favorite for its awesome surf, tidepools, and breathtaking views. Artfully curated by local designers, this property has every last detail to make your vacation as memorable as possible! Our open floor plan allows you to enjoy the company of your friends and family while preparing meals and taking in the gorgeous ocean views. Lounge on our deep-seated, plush, luxury sofas in the living room, and use the smart TV to connect to any of your apps. Our large ocean-view patio is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day at the beach or walk around fun and exciting Encinitas. Enjoy a book in one of our comfortable hanging chairs or on the balcony upstairs on one of the four oversized chaise lounge chairs where amazing sunsets can also be viewed from. At night enjoy time on the patio, in the large, 7-person spa, playing shuffleboard on our full-sized table, playing corn hole, or a movie on our outdoor projector and inflatable screen! We have a BBQ ready for your use as well. Use the herb garden to perfect your dishes and pick fresh strawberries when in season. The bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized mattress, suitable for two guests, a closet for your suitcases and clothes, and French doors that lead to the patio. The bathroom downstairs has a bathtub and a shower. Take in gorgeous ocean views from the bed upstairs in the guest room and master bedroom. The guest room upstairs has a full bed and access to a balcony shared with the master bedroom. The master has a King-sized bed and an AC unit readily available for your use (although we do get a really nice ocean breeze being so close to the beach)! A half bathroom is located in the hallway outside of the guest room upstairs. If you need more room for guests, downstairs we offer two twin-sized pull-away beds that can be pushed together to make a king-sized bed! We are fully stocked with all the essentials, including dishes, glasses, flatware, coffee maker, olive oil, salt/pepper, BBQ utensils, etc. We have a washer and drying machine in the house free for guests to use. Encinitas is arguably one of the most fun and hip cities in San Diego. There is so much to do and see here, like surfing at Swami's Beach (a short 5-10 minute walk from the house), Moonlight Beach, visiting the meditation gardens (a 5-minute walk), checking out the local grocery store SeaSide Market (the "Cardiff Crack" carne asada is a staple here and a must-try if you are a meat eater). There are also a ton of amazing vegan and vegetarian restaurants here! Wake up every morning and walk to one of the incredible cafes and/or coffee shops our city has to offer and check out the local craft beer tasting rooms in the afternoon! Encinitas also has a big yoga scene, with an endless selection of personable studios to choose from, also be sure to check out the magical Four Moons Spa just 2 miles from the house which also hosts many enchanting events. Rent bikes nearby and cruise the scenic Coastal Rail Trail (located at the bottom of our street)- this is such an enjoyable experience for those that love the outdoors; bikes are not necessary along this path but it is a fun activity! Since Encinitas is so bike-friendly, you can also ride to Solana Beach or Leucadia, which have many shops, restaurants, beaches, parks, and art galleries to check out. You can also walk to the train station from the house and take the coaster to many different coastal cities within San Diego, such as Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Old Town (close to Sea World), and downtown. All of these locations are a very short ride away, but there is also the option to ride all the way up to Orange County (about 45 minutes) or Los Angeles (about 2 hours and beat the LA traffic). *Beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards are provided. **The house looks like a two-unit property, with one house in the front and one in the back. While the property is one home, the back portion is very private and separate we just like our guests to know this upfront!
