Welcome! *We hope you enjoy your vacation at the beach! *Chris and Priscilla are available for any questions or concerns during your stay. *Please bring your own beach towels, and equipment. * Bed Linens, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are NOT included. * contact sweet dreams for linens and other beach equipment. https://www.sweetdreamslinen.com. *In the kitchen there is a ninja air fryer, keurig for coffee, and ninja blender. *There is dish soap and hand soap. *There will be a lock box on the back door with the key. *There are smart TVS in one bedroom, and the living room has a roku. * Let the owners know if the pool or hot tub need chemicals or cleaning. Turn on the filter when using the pool. There is a skimmer for guest use. * Rinse off sand before getting into the pool or hot tub. * Rinse off sand outside before going into the house (hose in the backyard). *The hot tub cover MUST be placed on it when not in use. *The air conditioning should not be turned below 72 as the unit will freeze. * Absolutely no candles in the house. *Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. This is a non smoking rental. Extra cleaning charges along with damages will be required. *Garbage is picked up on Monday morning. Recycling is required. * The garage is off limits to guests and we may need to access it at times. *Remove all trash (kitchen and bathrooms) and empty refrigerator. Do not leave any opened items.
