House clean and well appointed with all basics for comfortable stay. Everything in excellent working order. Best feature was easy walking access to main attractions, restaurants, shops, marina.

I don't want to tell everyone else how great this place was because we want it to be available for us next time we go!! but it's wonderful they thought of everything to make you comfortable and the appliances were so nice. We hope to go back soon.

Everything was seemless. House very well equipped. Super comfortable beds !

Great location. We walked everywhere as downtown access was 4 blocks away. The house was newly appointed and really nice. If you have dogs like me, the backyard is securely fenced (high and not see through) and the neighbor has a small bully bread both too. Both of whom were friendly as well. I stayed a whole week. Highly recommend this house.

The house was very nice and within walking distance to all downtown attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Historical district was in walking distance, close to everything. We were within a short drive to everywhere else we wanted to go. The house is well stocked and comfortable to stay in. Thank you!

Overall, good vrbo. Upon arrival, we weren’t aware how close the house was to the neighbor. The neighbor starred at us every time we were outside & his dog barked on and off, which was bothersome because he then made our dogs bark. We had to keep a fan on the entire time to block the noise out. This may not be an issue to anyone else, just something our doggos don’t love. This property is decently located to everything, but there are some sketchy people who roam around at night on that road so just be careful if you have to walk at night. The grass area by the house had a lot of burrs in it, so we had to walk our dogs to go potty elsewhere. The fenced in backyard is all rocks, so if your dogs are picky about needing grass, you will probably have to walk them. No biggy at all, our dogs love the walks. Just an fyi :) We locked the doors & car really well, & we were thankful that the host had security cameras! A beneficial extra safety measure that other vrbos don’t have. Despite the neighbor starring, he was friendly and did not bother us at all, & his dog was friendly too. The property was nice and definitely new. Our only real complaint was that it could’ve been cleaner. There was a lot of human hair, sticky fingers, and the floors/showers didn’t appear to be properly cleaned thoroughly. This is by no means the host’s fault, just perhaps the cleaning team could work on that for future guests because it can make you feel uncomfortable. Kyle was very kind and generous to allow us to have a later check out time when we ran into a delay the morning we were leaving, which was VERY appreciated. We liked the place & we would stay here again! Dog friendly was a benefit to us & we always appreciate that. There was a lot of extra linens, towels, beach stuff, & laundry soap. We did need to get more toilet paper because there wasn’t a full roll in the one bathroom & the other roll was tiny, also. I would just pack some before you head here. Last thing is the beds were awesome. I personally never do well sleeping away from home & I actually liked the firmness of the bed, & so did my family. Thanks so much. We enjoyed the stay and area!

Wonderful stay,extremely helpful host.This property is brand new, very clean ,has everything you need just a minute or two from the old district.Cant recommend enough.

We have a family of five and a 40 pound dog and could not have asked for a better place to stay for the week. It was clean and very accessible to the downtown area walking. We spent a lot of time downtown and having a driveway was very convenient. We were able to get to several beaches and all the key locations by either walking or no more than a 15 minute drive. There was a nice welcome basket on the counter when we got there and the neighbors one door down we’re pretty friendly as well so we got to talk to them about some of the history in the city. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for an easy walk to great food, entertainment and easy access to everything. It is a lot easier to drive to the beach and park and then it is to park downtown. Thank you Kyle, we will probably be back again in the near future.
