Nestled in Branson, this attractive condo for $210 per night is a great option for your next break. Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8) Have a drink and enjoy the fantastic scenery from the 7 large picture windows of the enclosed patio. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse has four flat screen TV's/DVD's plus Sudden Link cable TV and free Wi-Fi. From the master bedroom, sliding doors open to the enclosed three-seasons sun room. The large master bathroom features double sinks and a whirlpool tub, plus the comfy king bed has pillow-top mattress. A second master bedroom with a King size bed has an adjoining bath with double sinks. Another set of sliding glass doors open to the enclosed porch with 35 feet of windows which offer a fantastic view of the Branson skyline including Wonder Works, the Aquarium and the Thousand Hills Golf Course. The third bedroom has an over-stuffed pillow top queen-size mattress and an adjoining bathroom. TV and DVD players are located in each bedroom and hair dryers are available in each bathroom. The kitchen's tall cherry cabinets with crown molding create upscale elegance with stainless steel appliances, including a ceramic top stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with ice maker. The high, contemporary dining room table seats 6 in padded leather chairs and the raised kitchen bar seats 3 on swivel bar stools. We supply coffee filters, sugar, creamer and coffee, bath soap, kitchen and dishwasher soap as well as dishes, wine and water glasses, mixing and serving bowls, pots & pans, a turkey roaster, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, cookie sheets, cake pans, muffin pan and pizza tray. The property was nice. It's important to note that there is no elevator to the upper units, which altered some of our plans. Overall, the unit was nice and well-stocked. The issues I had were mostly with the way things were handled (or more accurately stated, "not handled"). While the owner did call to let me know that our 4:00 check-in time would not be honored due to the cleaning people not getting there on time, we had no idea that it would be 2.5 hours that we had to wait in our car with foods that needed to be refrigerated after traveling in from another state. After the wait, I still had to go behind the hurried cleaning person, because they never wiped down the kitchen or even looked in the microwave. Beyond that, the internet didn't fully work. When I spoke to the owner about it, the response was "Well, it worked for me when I was there last week." That really doesn't help me though, does it? When I let her know I was still having troubles on day two, the response was that I should wait a little while and maybe it would come back. When I'm putting forth this amount of money for one week's stay, I expect it to be as advertised. I would not recommend, nor would I stay again.

We came to Branson to enjoy ourselves as a group of married and retired friends. This condo was absolutely fabulous! It was well decorated and had enough furniture to allow everyone to relax. We enjoyed returning to it each day after participating in Branson activities. The beds were very comfortable and an added bonus was every bedroom having its own private bathroom. The condo was perfect for us and allow us to entertain others who travelled with us but stayed in a different condo. They dubbed our condo, "The penthouse" lol. We would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch after a fun filled day. The location was really good. Close to everything but set back in a neighborhood like feel. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We were 3 older couples enjoying an extended weekend for the Christmas season. This condo had everything we needed. Nice touches of comfort like scatter rugs in the bathroom to extra pens for keeping score & coffee filters. The location was wonderful. You could take the yellow route to avoid much traffic. We loved the space & would come back for another stay.

We enjoyed the condo location very much. It was enough room for 3 couples and small children to gather or retreat for naps in one of the 3 bedrooms. We had a great stay, everything we needed was provided. The beds were our only complaint, with that being said there is different comfort levels of mattress in each room. It was close to everything we needed. I would recommend to others.

This condo is in the perfect location for Branson… Close to all of the shows and attractions on the “strip” and the lights from the sunroom/balcony are gorgeous at night. Everything was clean and beautiful. We loved staying there and hope to come back in the future. Susan was the perfect host. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay. Susan was a great host. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathrooms and the special touch of having the makeup towels. The kitchen had everything that I needed and then some. I was so pleasantly surprised. The home was exactly like it was pictured and so close to everything. A special touch was her leaving us a welcome snack. Whenever I am back in Branson and need 3 bedrooms this will always be my go to spot if it is available.
