Contact owner for details regarding handicapped/ partial wheelchair access. 3 BR, 2 bath + Outdoor shower, beds for 8 people: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Trundle beds (= 4 beds), PLUS 2 sleeper sofas: 1 Queen & 1 Single, + 2 Futons. 2 Smart TV's, Central Heat & Air, Gas Stove, Washer & Dryer, Fire Pit, Gas Grill, Commercial Ice Maker, Wine Refrigerator, Coffee Bar/Bar stocked with limited Keurig coffee pods, 8 cup coffee packs, and hot chocolate. Fully furnished kitchen, we also furnish bed linens, kitchen towels, bath towels, toilet paper, bath soap, and laundry soap. We do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use at the lake. Ample Parking, space for boat trailers and ATV’s. Close to hiking trails. Our lives are very busy with work and kids' sports and activities, so for Thanksgiving, we really wanted a quiet, relaxing week to just spend quality time together. This lake house gave us exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed fishing, using the "clubhouse" game room, and there was plenty of space in the house for all of us to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful, and the lake is clear and calm. We would definitely return! We had a wonderful stay! Ginger was so communicative and really did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. We were there on a multigenerational family trip and the space worked well for us. It was wonderful to have our own private dock.This home is on a quiet part of the lake which meant our time on the water was all the more relaxing. The Sequoyah Marina is just a short 5 minute boat ride away provided a fun evening on Friday nights with live music and great wings! We enjoyed a beautiful hike at Triple Falls. Our first visit to Norris Lake and the clear water and peaceful surroundings created some wonderful family memories!

Had lots of fun. Plenty of room for our family. We did lots of fishing and swimming. We caught blue gill catfish and long nose gars from the dock. We enjoyed the game room when we were done at the lake. Plenty of wood for the fire pit. The property is on the channel which we were not use to we usually stay in the cove. Also to get to the dock there is a road you have to cross that we didnt notice in the pictures. Ginger and Steve were easy to reach for any questions or concerns.

We absolutely Love Norris Lake ♥️ So many memories have been made and shared here - really enjoyed Ginger & Steve as our hosts in their cozy lakeside home. A good time was had by all!!

Overall was a great place to stay. The house was pretty clean other than the kitchen area. Quite a bit of grease was left on the surfaces of the microwave and stove from the last guests. The ceiling fan in the kitchen also hasn't been dusted in a long time as there is dust hanging down.
One thing I didn't feel very comfortable about was the security cameras by the deck and in the garage. It felt like we were being watched and listened to.

The house and property were very nice. House had plenty of room, nice screened in porch. Everything we needed was there.Loved the no steps to the lake! The playhouse was a nice addition! We had a memorable family vacation!

The home is situated on a relatively level lot, with easy access to the lake. We have stayed at other properties on Norris Lake over the years and all of them have had quite a drop (with lots of stairs!) from the house to the lake itself. This one was a pleasure to walk back and forth. No steep access.
The game room was a special favorite of the family. We had a cold day where we didn't go out on the lake and so we stayed inside and played ping-pong, listened to great music, and laughed a lot instead.
We felt safe with all the security cameras they had and Ginger was nearby and visited a couple times to help with any questions.

We were so delighted to be greeted by our hostess who explained all the amenities (of which there are too many to mention). Comfortable and expansive space that was decorated for the lake, and was delightful. We loved the coffee bar!!! and very nice dock. The kids were entranced with Smokey's Clubhouse and all the places to play in the house. I've never stayed anywhere with more ease of cooking and living. Thanks for everything, Ginger!

House was exactly as advertised. Ginger was very helpful and we had everything we needed (only thing we couldn’t find was a dustpan). Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We cooked all of meals at the house and kitchen set up was great. My dad and uncle loved fishing off the dock.

Everything was PERFECT with our rental from start to finish. Ms. Ginger's (owner) communication and flexibility from the very start got us off on the right foot. She continued to overwhelm us with southern hospitality all the way through checkout.
The property's location is the best part. A 5 minute drive to Sequoyah marina to rent a boat, a great new dock with a spectacular view, and centrally located in the lake.
The house itself suited us very well and my wife continually gushed over the amenities stocked by Ginger - from the welcome bottle of wine from a local winery to the locally hand-made soaps in both bathrooms. Ginger even stocked the freezer with 3 bags of ice to get us started.
Though we didn't use the play area in the garage (we came to boat and be on the water, after all), it's a great option as well.
Bottom line: you won't be disappointed with Ms. Ginger or her perfect property.

Lake lover’s oasis home
We loved our stay. Ginger was so accommodating and even left us a peach dump cake. The little touches are even noticed. We couldn’t launch our boat at Sequoyah so had to go the Anderson park which was fine. We have Verizon and trying to contact Ginger was a little difficult but she always got back with us immediately. We had a blast and will definitely want to go back!! Thanks so much for everything! P.S. the ice maker was the bomb!

Four generations of our family gathered at Lake Lovers Oasis. This property is very well kept. The owners provided more than we expected and were awesome to work with. It was easy for the grandparents to walk across the field to the dock. We were able to launch our fishing boat right there by the dock and found the covered boat slip came in handy when the rain showers moved through. When the teenagers weren’t fishing, they had a blast in Smokeys Clubhouse playing PacMan and listening to the jukebox. The house was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa sleepers and, we used both of them. So much to do in a short weekend. Very close to Sequoyah marina and about a mile to the country store for those little things you forgot to bring. This place is awesome and “we’ll be back”!

She had a bottle of wine for us chilling in the wine cooler and later in the day dropped off a tasty peach cobbler. This vacation home is immaculate. Reminiscent of a FL coastal home, the house had a nice screened porch as well as a sun room, and deck overlooking the lake. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. They have a nice boat dock with enough space to fish off of or just lounge in the sun. Just around the corner is Sequoyah Marina with a good restaurant and boat rentals. The weather did not cooperate on our visit but we were happy to just hang out on the porch and do nothing. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Corporate retreat!
I was looking for a short stay option to host a team building day at the lake with my coworkers and the Oasis did not disappoint! The owners were so kind to allow us a mini visit and ensured my group had everything needed to conduct our morning workshop. We then spent time enjoying the beautiful lakefront setting, played ping pong, corn hole, & various other outdoor games provided in “Smokey's clubhouse”. The jukebox was really cool! While we didn’t spend the night, the facilities were ready for any family vacation on the lake, complete with a boat dock and outdoor fire pit area. It would be a great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. I will definitely be bringing my family back for an extended stay!
