Unwind in the open living area, detailed with vaulted ceilings, a TV, and a dedicated work space. The well-equipped kitchen presents ample stone counter space and stainless steel appliances. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and mini-split units that deliver powerful cooling and heating throughout. The family pup is also welcome at this dog-friendly vacation home. THINGS TO KNOW This is a guest house and the owner lives in the main house. Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property manager did not make it clear that they would also be emailing info after texting. Lots of instructions and not enough silverware. Otherwise nice. Also, with the lake so low, it’s nowhere near the water

Charming tiny house that lives large due the great covered back patio. Well appointed with an very comfortable bed and great bathroom.

The tiny home is a cozy retreat off the main thoroughfare in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings left us wanting for nothing during down-time between visiting natural areas and big hikes. The view the porch provides across the hollow and lake was pretty captivating. I would strongly recommend a stay here.

My husband and I, along with our dog Lucy, stayed at this adorable tiny home for several nights while our home was going through some demo. It was the perfect spot for us! The home feels so large with the beautiful high ceilings and the beautiful wall of windows, with a view of Lake Travis. My husband worked from the adorable office cubby and on the spacious patio. The clean, beautiful bathroom has the BEST shower! So happy we were able to find this gem. Thank you!

Great property, perfect for a couple with a dog, good floor plan and nice deck out the back. 30 minutes from Austin and everything we like to do, and shopping and coffee are just about 10 minutes away

This tiny home is wonderful! Exactly as advertised. The home was clean and modern. A/C worked very well. The view was exceptional. The only thing I thought was weird, and in the grand scheme of things is no big deal, is that there were no towels for the kitchen. Just paper towels.

We loved every.single.thing about this tiny home. The views were incredible, the neighborhood was amazing, everything was so beautiful and clean. We cannot wait to go back to this home on lake Travis. So much fun stuff to do in the area and the lake is breathtaking!

My daughter and I were in town to attend a class and we absolutely loved it here. We were able to see a lot of wildlife just from the back porch and not to mention the views. The home was very clean and modern. My only pet peeve and it isn't a big one, maybe some waterproof coverings over the patio seating furniture. I was enjoying the scenery and noticed my pants were getting wet from a previous rain a few days earlier that I couldn't tell was wet visually.
