We stayed for 5 nights in the double room with a shared bathroom (overlooking the high street).
Overall the apartment was very comfortable to stay in - comfortable bed, spacious room, clean, the kitchen had lots of appliances.
The hosts were very helpful and responsive - with a late check-in and a short baggage storage.
Finally the location was great too - 10 mins to the train station, in the heart of the shopping street and a short walk to the old town.
The big disadvantage for us was the constant noise outside - big renovation of the whole floor in the house right in front and the noise from the busy street downstairs. Since the room did not have air-conditioning, we had to sleep with a window open - the moment you close It, it gets stuffy and hot in the room. It was impossible to sleep past 6 am and we could hear the noise through the night.
Perhaps staying off season would eliminate this problem partially ( you can minimise the noise keeping the windows closed), but during hot summer months it could be a significant problem.We were quite exhausted after 5 nights of poor sleep due to the noise.
Also installing air-conditioning could help massively.

The location was perfect, walkable distance from pretty much anything - 5 min from old town and 15 from the railway station. Overall the property was very clean and nice.
The thing that I don’t like about it was the level of noise outside. There was a construction on the other side of the street and one of the night the noise continued till 2 - 3 am.
