The check in process was confusing. It is understandabke that the company needs to be protective of its location, but it's hard for the patrons to schedule events if they don't know where they will be lodging when they arrive in an unfamiliar place.

Very clean property. In a quiet neighborhood. Thing that stood out for us was how quick the owner would respond to us and was always helpful and pleasant. This is a nice place to stay if you are going to stay in Sumter.

Our stay was great! Housekeeping needs to pay attention to the corners of the house to clear away all dusty areas.

Clean however there wasn’t sufficient hot water or blankets. No bath soap. Host wasn’t very responsive
