The strong point is definitely the location and airconditioning (however not in bedroom) and the helpful host.
In description everywhere is mentioned a balcony, but in reality there was not at all, just the windows. It was one of 2 main search criteria for me to choose an appartment, if I would knew there was no balcony ot qpuldn't be in my search. So if you would like to chill at the balcony, you will be disappointed.

Bed was comfortable.
Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and fridge space was ample.
Little noise at night made the stay great.
Bathroom was small and the shower did not drain well when used. Had to stop showering to ensure water did not flow out. Would need to address this.

It felt so homey, extremely clean and had great air conditioning and mosquito screens on windows. Great restaurants outside but the room faces the inside courtyard so zero sound comes in. Bed was medium firm. The host was extremely contactable and responded immediately.
Note the 9am check out/3pm check in. There’s lots of hourly luggage storage places outside the station but Jérome Bakery close to stay does €3.50 flat all day price!!!
Some shampoo sachets (not just shower gel) would be nice

La situation ideale entre la gare et la veille ville. La machine a caffe et les capsules fournies.
Pas d'accueil, uniquement des messages et une boite a clef. Vous devrez envoyer une photo de votre ID et laisser la taxe de sejour sur la table le jour du depart. Check out avant 9h00. Equipement de la cuisine minimaliste, c'est meme limite pour le pdj (pas de bol...). Douche trop petite et proprete a revoir. Grand lit, mais tres inconfortable: il faut tout changer ! Chaudiere instantanee a gaz coupee par un interrupteur. On a mis du temps a trouver...Des instructions auraient ete les bienvenues. On sent meme dans la deco que l'hote ( une conciergerie ?) a plus un souci de rentabilite que de chercher le confort de ses clients...
