The 2nd primary has a king-size bed, full bath, and cable TV. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 4th bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the main deck. And the fifth bedroom has 1 twin and one full with trundle bed, cable TV, ½ bath. The open floor plan on the main level makes this home wonderful. It is surrounded by wall-to-wall windows and is very bright and cheerful. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, and a very large breakfast bar. It is open to the living room which has cable TV and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Other amenities - central air and heat, telephone, washer/dryer, CD player, VCR, DVD player internet, cabana shower, picnic table, and large decks overlooking the gulf. Please limit your vehicles to four vehicles. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
