We had the most wonderful stay at Elements Cozy Suites in Santorini and genuinely could not recommend it highly enough.
A huge part of what made our stay so special was Dimitra. Her hospitality was absolutely exceptional — honestly, some of the best I have ever experienced anywhere. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.
She was so helpful in arranging our transfers from the port when we arrived and to the airport when we left, which made everything completely seamless and stress-free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always available to help with anything we needed.
The accommodation itself was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what you hope for when staying in Santorini, but it was Dimitra’s kindness and genuine hospitality that really made the experience unforgettable.
Thank you so much, Dimitra, for making our stay so special. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend Elements Cozy Suites without hesitation. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish! 🤍🇬🇷

Lovely property in a great location, just a short 5 min walk up into the village and top of Prygos but also accessible by car. Dimitra is an excellent host and even though there isnt a 24 hour reception, she is always available to help with anything needed. The room was cleaned daily to a great standard by the lovely staff too. Breakfast was delish, the pool area was exactly enough after a morning exploring the island and we mainly had this to ourselves! Overall a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

The property was away from the busy crowded parts of Santorini in the quaint old village of Pyrgos, where there are many interesting alleyways, churches and great restaurants nearby. Having a lively clean pool was fabulous, our private spa was not warm enough for us to enjoy most evenings but one evening we did at sunset and it was amazing! The room was spacious, had an extra outdoor balcony off bedroom plus a deck. Bed was reasonably good plus there is a sofa bed available, which I found more comfortable. Dimitra was helpful & really nice to deal with, the excellent, very generous breakfast comes ion a tray to your room at a time to suit you Great service!
The hills are a little more than we expected to walk up, however we discovered you can go another way by foot following through a couple of alleyways to the main road...much easier and faster. Buses are easy to use once you get your head around them, but tickets from the supermarket and stops are generally located outside of across the road from markets.
