Fair, very affordable pricing and exceptionally clean! Staff is very accommodating, we always check in super late around midnight and they accommodate us!
There was somebody living with his dog by the dumpster on the property, which didn’t bother us but was a little uneasy at night time and trying not to make his dog bark and disrupt anybody. We will still stay here however; it wasn’t that much of an issue if you mind your business.

The price and the comfort.
No coffee maker in the rooms. The towels are used and sometimes have spots on them.

The location is very convenient to our hunting property. Room was clean and comfortable.
Rooms are dated and in need of some paint and some rusted fixtures need to be replaced. The room also didn't insulate from sounds very well - road noise and voices from other guests.
