When I come My reservation was already sold. They sent me away to other hotels.

The location is good, the outside is decent, the breakfast was good, parking is safe and convenient.

Very dirty, no hot water, shower barely dripping, staff not friendly, the place was run down, not maintained at all,you could hear everything through the walls, noise until 4:30 am on Saturday night, couldn’t sleep at all.

Some of the staff were rude and the cook was nasty. If she doesn’t like her job then why bother working there and why be miserable and rude if you work in hospitality? One morning in particular I was five minutes late for my complimentary breakfast and I was refused,ok I can deal with that,however 10 minutes later she is serving up the same breakfast to the staff ! and they look over at me and laugh !, The pool looks great, but they play terrible pop music full volume all day every day,sometimes the same song four times in an hour !

Personel didn't speak english, lady in reception had a problem how to give change from $100 we should pay $90 so she gave us 2000 col. Bed Was with horrible sprungs we recived room for 8 just for is 2. Sink in bathroom was very dirty, loud music till 10pm and dog was barking on the night time in the hotel garden. Breakfast was simply but good, also swimming pool was rally nice. On the bed was envelope with question for tips.
