Lovely apartment, had eveythjng we needed for a short stay

The apartment was very very clean, can't fault it at all, loved it.

Didn't sleep well as the mattress was a cheap one, could feel the springs & gaps in them. Spending over £100 a night, I expected to have had a better night's sleep.

The bathroom was a bit small so it was hard to sit on the toilet. The place was very warm and the windows didn't open wide enough. The first night we was disturbed by drunken neighbours being loud in the hall way. The lift smelt of cigarette smoke.

I had to wait over an hour in order to access the flat as the access code did not work, in the end I had t9 phone Booking to get matters sorted out, a disappointing start to my stay

Lovely apartment, felt very modern & spacious. Super clean & excellent facilities.

I ended up staying on my own with my toddler as my partner couldn’t make it, I wasn’t so keen on being on the ground floor as there was a bit of ‘rowdy’ noise outside during the evening, but once I relaxed it was great. We did request a travel cot, although upon arrival realised there wasn’t one so I had to rearrange the bedroom slightly so I could safely share a bed with my toddler. Not a big deal, we made it work.

no keys needed - keypad code - great place to stay - clean and very comfortable - central

parking expensive and should be in the total cost not separate - parking at rear of property so not convenient anyway so why price at £15 - should include in price this might stop me from booking again? Not easy to book more than 1 apartment so that could be improved on.
