The best place to stay in Bordeaux!

My stay at Studio Cocoon was absolutely perfect! The apartment was set up with everything you could need, was very clean, and in a fantastic location. Most of all though, the owners were so accomodating with the checkin process and just really lovely to deal with, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I visit Bordeaux, thank you so much Sandra and Frank :)

Great place to explore Bordeaux.

The appartment is exactly as in the pictures. It has everything you need for a short stay in Bordeaux and I loved the area. It was quite, and accesible.

The communication with the host was slow. I had to contact her to know how to get to the appartmen, as I didn't received the intructions the day I was travelling to Bordeaux. Then I notified the host about not finding the remote control for the TV, and also to leave my suitcase the last day to explore the city. Again, communication was poor, she spent hours to reply, and this was dissapointing.

This was my worst stay in booking.com. I will not recommend this property to solo travellers who just want to relax afte

the refrigerator

the location-very far from the center. Tram and bus stops were 7-10 minutes away and you walk through cobblestones. Not for those with walking limitations. The host was not responsive, does not reply to text messages in a timely manner. The wifi was disconnected for one day and there was no alternative offered. The fact that the studio was located way up 2 flights of narrow stairs was no disclosed. The booking supposedly included breakfast-but in reality-2 small blocks of butter, some juice and milk, some crackers and coffee. No instructions as to how to dispose trash.
