Disappointing owing to weather.

Accommodation extremely nice and comfortable and site was clean and tidy. Park Dean staff were all very helpful.

Access to site was difficult because of extremely bad weather with some flooding, and site was evacuated for safety reasons on the Tuesday afternoon, sadly after we had only been able to stay there for the first night of three.

Not good

Nothing. Perhaps my fault for not realising it's a place for families with children, not for 3 mature who like to walk on the beach or in the woods!

As above. Cleanliness was dire.

Great value getaway

The space in the chalet and it's location were perfect.

The narrow roads leading to the park were a surprise. The only thing missing from the chalet was a jug sp we could make gravy.

Uncomfortable and not what we expected.

It was ok to rest your head after being out all day but not a place we would stay normally. It wasn't advertised as being in a park Dean resort so we were shocked when we got there. It was a run down part of the park

Chalet was dirty and not looked after. We had to clean all the door handles and light switches when we got there. Big cobwebs in the corners of the room, the storage cupboard door is filthy and the hoover doesn't suck anything up! H+S in the bathroom is needed, needs a bathmat and anti slip in the shower to prevent falls. No hooks on the door for towels. Needs a new double bed! Needs mould cleaning around all the windows. I wish owners would stay there themselves before renting them out.

whilst the location was great. the Chalet required a bit of money spent on it to demand the cost of staying there

bleached wet floors when arrived . floors didn’t dry out until we left . took our breath away when entered the chalet and slipped on floor. couches were cold and damp. this property should have been prepared a couple of days prior

Very good

I liked the layout of the place and it was very spacious to be fair

The only thing that was a little scary was when there's wet weather the tiled floor is quite slippery and the same in the bathroom but all in all we really enjoyed

I would recommend this chalet but owners need to sort out comments

liked the site nice size chalet lovely and warm clean

code lock did not work some handyman man on the site knocked it off the wall and got the key out as we where outside for an hour only 4 dinning chairs for 5 people the chalet slept 6 so could not all sit at the table for our meals mop and bucket had long gone past there useful life which made it VERY hard to clean the floors

We enjoyed a very good visit and will certainly be returning for more fun and relaxation.

The property is a fully equipped family friendly accommodation that is very good value for money. There is excellent play facilities for children of all ages close by. We used the chalet as a base to visit Tenby, Folley Farm, Kidwelly Castle and Swansea Water Park. The owners could not be more friendly and accommodating.
