Convenient to everywhere. Beautiful room. Loved the 24 hr coffee and tea bar with snacks!
Breakfast time was stressful- short on staff- coffee empty - not everyone chose their breakfast time.

Helpful (mostly) staff. Probably App State students. Included Breakfast was good. Good location. Parking was a mess but we overlooked the inconvenience due to continued cleanup after the hurricane and floods. The city is working on it.
I did not like the Booking.com price! We paid $250+taxes and service and we’re given the worst rooms in the hotel… In the basement. In a conversation with the staff, I was told that the rate would have been better and we contacted them directly. I’ve been a loyal Booking customer between my account and my husbands account. I’ll look elsewhere from now on.
