We had a lovely stay! The pool was absolutely wonderful and the staff were really friendly. The food from the restaurant was some of the best we had in Guatemala! The gardens were gorgeous and had some stunning birds in the trees! The room was really beautiful and the shower was powerful.

A mosquito net over the bed would’ve been good.

The concept of the room was nice, it was like living in a shed. Also the stuff was very kind and the breakfast was quite filling.

We arrived 1 hour earlier for check-in and we had to wait even if the room was already cleaned up. There was no wi-fi in the cabanas, not even outside, and there is no common space to hang out to. It felt as if the entire property was functioning as a venue and occasionally there were two cabanas for rental. The feeling of being under surveillance in the night was weird at least.

Not what I expected but was pleasantly surprised. The people were great and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
