he location of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, though there is scope for improvement in terms of variety and quality.
The main area of concern was the service. Response times were quite slow, and the checkout process alone took nearly 20–25 minutes, which could certainly be made more efficient.
Considering the price, the in-room amenities could also be enhanced to provide better value for guests.
Overall, I would rate the room experience an 8/10.
Service remains a big question mark. While the staff were polite and courteous, the response time for almost everything—be it parking, room service, general requests, or even checkout—was far too slow.
