Location is right next to the Ghanh Da Dia. Nice design style. Breakfast choices are good. Beachfront. Good view. The two lady staff are super nice.
The pool was dirty we didn’t dare to get in. The garden and washing/drying area and the entrance steps should be cleaned up and more organized as we see rats running.

I enjoyed the breakfasts served. The air conditioning the room was great (and needed; it got really hot). The bathroom was not closed to be in the air conditioned space; it had an open "window" with privacy screen. No one could access the area it opened up to, like a window well. Keeping the door closed kept the two spaces separated fine.
I didn't realize how small the town was, so shopping for anything beyond little marts was not possible. I should have purchased a sim card when I landed in Ho Chi Minh; the closest Viettel store was around 6km away. Also, there were no "Grab" drivers, so taxi-ing was difficult without the host's help.

The place was gorgeous, giving Mediterranean aesthetics. Being 30 seconds of walking away from the beach, even though it was a dirty one, was delightful.
It's relatively well located to explore a few famous spots around.
I probably got a "low season" treatment, which partially explains the few things that bothered me.
Arriving was a bit messy. Finding the entrance wasn't that obvious - you need to walk on the beach and recognize the signature white houses. I messaged and called for some time before being answered; the person I had on the phone seemed pissed to be bothered although as I do not speak vietnamese I could not understand him to confirm that. The girl from the staff that I eventually stumbled upon after searching around for 15 minutes was quite friendly but sadly couldn't speak a word of English either, but using Google Translate I dealt with that.
I didn't have the choice for a breakfast - it was side eggs served with bread on day 1, and instant noodles with plastic-like squid on day 2 (a bit sad when you are in a place with abundant fresh seafood everywhere). No choice for the drinks either. Not an interesting breakfast I fear, you might want to skip it and eat in one of the tasty, fresh and cheap options around.
The pool was dirtybut when I asked about it they eventually started changing the water. Still the bottom of the pool was dirty, but not a big deal for me, I just took a shower afterwards whenever I used it.
The bedroom I had, the one by the pool, is nice but probably can feel like lacking intimacy as it's literally on the shared space by the pool. Thankfully as I was alone this wasn't really an issue lol. Still, you may have a nice view on the beach but be aware that the beach also has a view on you...
The lady from the staff who took "care" of me is obviously not used to hospitality business and wanted mostly to be free to go home as early as possible everyday. She took a video of me in the pool without asking - I'm quite sure it was to prove her boss that she had changed the water of the pool; no harm but it felt awkward.
