Staff were very friendly, the room was nice, and the location was perfect during my stay
Unfortunately, the bathtub was not clean, and the food from the restaurant, except the breakfast, was just average compared to what I would expect from a five-star hotel like this

Well run, great location and breakfast, helpful staff.
Facilities are hit/miss, could use updates. Cleaning staff not so great, floors with hair all over the place from prior residents and bed sheets are not changed routinely. Grouting is missing some places, ie in shower in room 902, so dirty stuff just drains down the crevices, rain shower with sprays up to ceiling/walls, some public toilets ie on spa floor not working etc.
