The room is large and spacious.
The shower have water splashing all around and make the whole bathroom wet after shower.

the hot water didn't work on my 1st day, then they said they fixed it, but when we tried again, but it's not as hot as it should be.
lighting is dim, AC is weak, and no hot water.

The room was large and comfortable and we had a little balcony which was nice. The location overall was good. Not far from the bus station or the beach front. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos.
Best bit was booking out.
Staff were reluctantly helpful. When we arrived it was as if we were a nuisance to them. The breakfast is set up mainly for Asians but at least the staff here actually smiled. When we asked at reception for what tours they did we were handed a placard in vietnamese and when we asked what it said we were just laughed at.
Also at night there was blaring music from a place nearby which was awful.
