Có trẻ nhỏ đi cùng nên mình khá chú ý đến sự sạch sẽ, và phòng đáp ứng tốt điều này. Nhân viên lịch sự, hỗ trợ nhanh khi gia đình cần thêm đồ dùng. Nhìn chung đây là một nơi ở phù hợp cho chuyến đi cùng gia đình.

Phòng sạch, giường thoải mái, vị trí thuận tiện để đi biển và ăn uống. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhanh, nhận phòng cũng khá dễ dàng.

The hotel was easy to find and well located for getting around the city and finding local food. Our room was well prepared, the air conditioning worked well, and the surroundings were fairly quiet at night. The reception staff responded quickly whenever we needed assistance.

Posizione e pulizia
La colazione non è a buffet, la scelta è limitata. Il personale a stento comprende l’inglese e nonostante scrivessimo ogni sera cosa volessimo a colazione (fried eggs e hot americano), tutte le mattine sbagliavano qualcosa. La prima mattina iced coffee (e non riuscivano a comprendere che volevamo il caffè caldo), la seconda mattina cioccolata calda.
Ciò che mi ha infastidito di più però è che l’ultimo giorno dovevamo andare via alle 7 per prendere il treno. Tutti gli hotel in Vietnam ci hanno preparato le box della colazione spontaneamente (visto che abbiamo pagato il servizio colazione inclusa). Quando ho informato loro della nostra partenza dal pomeriggio prima e che quindi non saremmo riusciti a fare colazione ci hanno semplicemente risposto “ok”.
Per giunta, abbiamo preso due bottigliette piccole d’acqua dal frigo della camera prima di partire per avere almeno da bere e ce le hanno fatto pagare 300.000 dong.
