We had a fantastic stay here. The location was great - near the city center and main train station. The place itself was generally always clean and nice and the communication with the hosts was always smooth despite being only through messages. Highly recommended!
An AC would be a great addition, considering that it was too hot inside. A fan simply isn't enough. There is also one large terrace that can be accessed from any of the rooms. There are no barriers whatsoever, which means that if you want to leave your door open while sleeping, other guests could easily enter your room if they wanted to. For safety purposes, this needs to be fixed. The beds were also making noises.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The city center is also easily reachable on foot, around 15 minutes. The apartment was clean and the host was always available and responsive.
There was no air conditioning, so I imagine it can get very hot in summer. The kitchen chairs are also quite worn and could use replacing. For three people, there weren’t enough power outlets, and there was only one bedside table and one chair, which was a bit inconvenient.
