Situated in Edisto Beach, this charming house for $616 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Experience the laid-back island lifestyle at this elegant estate brand-new home just one block from beach access! The crown jewel, a sprawling screened porch overlooking the majestic palms, promises ultimate relaxation with three beautifully appointed seating areas. Fire up the Weber gas grill and share special alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table, then kick back and watch TV or play a fun game of checkers. Enjoy more private outdoor space on the front porch swing or while lounging by the pool - both are perfect spaces for sipping sweet tea or your beverage of choice. A masterpiece of style and design, the open interior showcases vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and comfortable, coastal chic furniture, as well as an in-home elevator for added convenience. A center island with seating anchors the well-equipped kitchen - complete with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while an ornate chandelier illuminates the adjacent dining nook. The kitchen sink even boasts a reverse osmosis water filtration system, meaning fresh water is always available to you. You’ll find more space to serve home-cooked meals in the gorgeous dining room. There’s also a living area with a TV on both floors (there is a 70” TV in the main floor living room), providing ample space for families or large groups to spread out. The first-floor main bedroom features a sprawling en suite, complete with a double vanity, soaking tub, and stunning walk-in shower. There is also a 50” TV, Peloton bike, an expansive walk-in closet, large enough to fit an air mattress, Pack 'N Play, or crib. The main bedroom also has an adjacent covered patio seating area. Upstairs, you’ll find a second main bedroom with a private en suite (shower/tub), the bunk room, and another bedroom with two double beds. A washer/dryer and central air conditioning provide a layer of comfort during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Kid-friendly extras include games, toys, and books. Streaming services are available using your own account. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Exterior camera facing the street only. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This house is absolutely stunning! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, perfect for entertaining, and an easy walk to the beach! Everyone on the trip raves about how gorgeous the house was! We had a great time sitting at the dining table playing cards, lounging on the porch, and hanging by the pool!

Our annual girls beach weekend was a huge success due to this wonderful home! It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for relaxing and socializing. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable and the screened in porch is perfect to watch a movie and football game. The only things that would make this fabulous house any better are a couple of full length mirrors, bed side tables in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms and a few more kitchen towels!!! Linens are provided through a linen service and are clean and do the job nicely. If you prefer softer bath towels, you will want to bring your own. Highly recommend this home for families and groups! Thank you for providing a lovely home for our vacation!

This house was absolutely beautiful with all the comforts of home! The pool was a perfect added touch to a short walk from the beach every day! Pictures are exactly the way we found the home and will most likely stay in this home again in the future! The elevator was definitely a plus also, just wish it went to the top floor with all the bedrooms! But otherwise it was a very handy thing to have for luggage and transport to main floor! Love the Salty Monkey🐵🐒♥️

We loved the open floor plan with all the space and beautiful design. The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting area. Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving and would love to stay again soon,

The rental process was flawless! Detailed check-in information was given before my arrival. Retrieval of the key was an equally flawless process.
The house is essentially brand-new. Very clean, well stocked, plenty of space.

We spent a lovely four days at this perfect home. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The interior design was beautifully done, and there were so many a little comfortable, cozy, inviting spaces to gather and visit. The master bedroom suite opens to the cozy screened in porch with flowing curtains and comfy seating area and the master bathroom is one you won’t soon venture out of once disappear into that awesome tub! We loved how the house was only a short walk to the public beach access, that not only has space for golf carts but an area if you wanted to park your car with your beach paraphernalia. Half our crew are Georgia fans and loved watching the Bulldogs versus Florida gators game on the big screen on the porch. We will definitely come here again!

The home was the perfect place for our family to come together and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The island was beautiful and relaxing. The food was amazing. The fishing with Edisto Watersports and Tackle was top notch. We had a wonderful time and plan on visiting again next year!

This home was perfect for our 3 families....easy walk to the beach, home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We really enjoyed the nice backyard and screened in porch. We would love to plan another stay!!

The house is new and everything is beautiful and clean. It is an easy walk to the beach from this house, but if you have little ones, you might want a wagon. Edisto has parking by the beach so you could also drive.
