Large wall mounted TV for movies or gaming. Down one step is the large eating area, with big farm table and 12 white chairs. This dining area can be closed off with the large sliding door, so while some guests play or watch TV, others can enjoy eating and watching friends and family frolic in the pool. Kids games, including a large wooden Jenga set, are in the dining space. Access to th pool is off the eating area. For convenience, the laundry room and bathroom are near the pool area as well. This home also includes a large 3 car garage, which can also be accessed from the lower level. Inside you will find beach chairs, cooler, and a wagon to pull your items to the beach. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV. Bedroom # 1 has a set of full sized bunkbeds, double closet and wall mounted TV Bedroom # 2 has a King size bed, twin sized bunkbeds, a double closet, dresser with a TV and an attached on- suite bathroom with double vanity and step in shower.
