THINGS TO KNOW The home is equipped with a full kitchen and kitchenette. No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises (this includes patios, balconies, and outdoor areas). Like many homes in this coastal climate, this home does not have AC. This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
