Other Things to Note: CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night. Interaction with Guests: We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails.

We were four adults staying here to visit our children in the Denver area. The location was ok....about a mile walk to Old Arvada. The process of getting check in information was a bit unwelcoming. We had already paid for the house but check in information would not be released until we sent them credit card and drivers license information. The place had dirty sheets on one bed. When I reached out to the out of town management, I was told to take photos. When I told them the dishwasher did not work, I was told to keep trying. When I told them that the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were beeping and needed new batteries, I was told to use the key (which did not exist) to open the storage closet. Overall, the management was poor and we were made to feel like we were intruding on their property.

We had a great trip spending the weekend in Arvada and enjoying the close location to Old Town and Golden. Host was very responsive to any of our needs, would stay again.

Enjoyed the area with nearby shopping and dining. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The addition with modern amenities was enjoyable. It was reasonably close to Old Town Arvada to take in as well. I would come definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was a perfect landing spot for our family while visiting our daughter at college. It was spacious, quiet and clean. We will definitely be back!

Easy check in, conveniently located near Walmart and Target. Management was prompt in responding. We would visit again!
