This beautifully decorated, three-story townhome has three primary bedrooms, ensuites, and a powder room, providing comfortable accommodations for eight people. It's located in the community of Bethany Marina, close to shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. While here, feel free to take a swim in the community pool or stroll the docks. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, desk, television, full bath with shower, and a first-floor balcony. The second floor has a dining area, kitchen with newer appliances, bar area, living room, television, game cabinet, and access to the balcony. The second-floor balcony has 12' of bar tables and six barstools overlooking Whites Creek, perfect for your morning coffee. The 3rd floor includes the primary bedroom, an additional bedroom, and a laundry closet. The primary has a queen-sized bed, television, private balcony overlooking the water with elevated seating for 2, and a master bath with double sinks and shower. The additional bedroom has four twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower. You've found your spot if you want to enjoy peace and quiet on the water while being close to everything! LOCATION: Bayfront in Ocean View, DE. A quick drive to Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, or Ocean City, Maryland beaches! PARKING: Assigned parking is available for two, and overflow is available. AMENITIES: Community pool, kayak, washer, dryer, central AC, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Insurance is required to access the boat slip. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
