This unique place has a style all of its own. This waterfront cottage is nestled in the channels of Long Island Village. You can entertain and enjoy the modern kitchen and new appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large deck to socialize and bbq to your heart's content. Enjoy the indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs or have fun in the 9-hole , par-3 golf course and other amenities the Village offers. There is something for everyone. Relax, You're on Vacation! Resort Stay. You are responsible for the $90.00 resort fee at the Welcome Center. The resort fee covers access to certain amenities in the village but not all. Please see Welcome center for additional information.

Loved the place, it fit our family well and the boat slip was nice. I was able to hop on the boat while the family slept in.

The property is clean and nice. The rooms are not big but there is enough space for small family. The deck is big and great. If you like fishing and have a boat, this is a perfect place to stay.

This beach cottage was perfect for our family. We enjoyed eating out on the deck and using the outdoor grill. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the community pool. Thank you for sharing your home!

Summer Family Vacation
This place was incredibly neat and came with everything we needed and then some. The property managers had answered either right away or left me with voicemails to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys!!

Spot on the water.
The property was amazing. Even better in person. Loved the location and all the extras were a bonus. Like the pools, activity center. We loved fishing off the back dock, we caught lots of catfish. Great place to stay would definitely stay here again. Anyone with family or just for a couple.

It was a nice home,comfy beds.the home was stocked with everything one might need,home was close to town which was very convenient,we enjoyed fishing from the dock!neighbors we nice as well.
