The main living area features an open design concept that brings together the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room with space for the whole family. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, all of the essentials, and an island with bar seating for two, while the adjacent dining table accommodates six. After a long day out in the Arizona sun, you can spend the evenings relaxing in the multiple outdoor lounge areas surrounding the pool, watching a movie with the family on the large sectional in the main house, or playing games in the Casita. Within the main house, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite is complete with a California King Sealy memory foam mattress, 55-inch Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sliding door opening directly to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms (queen/king) each sleep two with Sealy memory foam mattresses. A walkway past the pool connects the main house to a separate Casita, ideal for families, teens, and older kids. This room has a custom-built bunk bed with a twin over full bunk & a queen with twin trundle, a 65-inch Smart TV with a surrounding couch and loveseat, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The backyard offers complete privacy, and features multiple outdoor lounge and shaded dining areas, complete with a propane grill and a propane fire pit under a shaded patio. Additionally, you can sit under the stars and roast marshmallows while relaxing around the wood-burning fire pit. The pool is large enough for the whole family, with a shallow end for the little ones and plenty of pool toys. The outdoor area has easy access to a full bathroom conveniently located inside of the attached garage; The laundry room with a washer and dryer are also located in the garage which makes drying all of the swimsuits and towels a breeze. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as it can be! The house has a fully functional kitchen with additional appliances including a crockpot and blender, everything from sippy cups and kids plates to dinnerware and wine glasses, and a well-stocked coffee/tea area in both the house and the casita. Expect to find plush towels, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries in all of the bathrooms. For those traveling with children, a high chair, “pack and play'' and a twin bed with a safety rail, outlet covers, toys, books, and games are all at your convenience.
