THE CRAB HOUSE is a beautiful, well designed home in the quaint neighborhood of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea.  The neighborhood is just a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and The Big Chill.  THE CRAB HOUSE is conveniently located next to the resort style heated pool and offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (3 Kings, 2 twin over queen bunks, and bunks in hallway).  There is a large screened porch, perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon book or evening cocktail.   The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and professional ice maker provides everything needed for meals at home. A gas grill is also provided. Once you are ready to explore, you can walk, bike or run along the 18 mile Timpoochee Trail, which provides easy access to all that 30A has to offer! You are certain to enjoy your stay at THE CRAB HOUSE along Florida's 30A corridor! TRANSPORTATION - A golf cart is provided - 4 bikes are also included with this property. Should you decide to rent some, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.
