A slider from the living room leads to a sunroom with three futons and a TV with cable and DVD player--an ideal spot for conversation, a movie or a board game. This cozy space has a vaulted ceiling, skylight and sliders to the patio and yard. In addition to the main living area, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower on this floor. The home's other three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has two twins. All of the bedrooms on this floor have sloped ceilings and skylights. There is also a bathroom with a jetted tub on this floor. Note: This home does not have air conditioning.
