About this house rental
Pack up the family for a perfect vacation home. You will fall in love with the soft beach decor and inviting lay out of the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. Breakfast bar for extra seating. Stocked with everything you need to make that special meal while on vacation. Large living room with comfortable sofa and love, a beautiful wood dining room table with seating for six. Spacious screen porch with outside dining table which over looks the large family size pool (Heated)
Relax lounging on the pool deck enjoying the afternoon sun with a cold glass of iced tea.
This home sleeps 8 comfortably. Large King Master Suite has a flat screen tv with adjoining bathroom with glass enclosed shower, double vanity sink. 2-Guest Queen Bedrooms. Guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo with vanity sink. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. All bed linens are provided including beach towels.
Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to our beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Great fenced back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family.
WE RENT:
Tandem Bikes, Beach Cruiser Bikes, Corn Holes, Pack n Plays, High Chairs, Kids Beach Toys
Game room located in the double car garage (no parking in garage).
Pool is heated $50 per day charge to heat
$200 Per Dog Fee, 2 dogs permitted,
Must be under 45 lbs

The overall space was amazing! Outdoor space was great! There were so many light switches that we weren’t sure What switches went to each light. Those could be labeled. The showerhead in the main bathroom didn’t work the greatest, not good water pressure and the blow dryer in the master bathroom did not work. There was next to no water pressure in the kitchen sink. The spare bedroom across from the kitchen didn’t look like the cleaning people washed the bedding. The shams and blanket looked a little dingy. My hope is they clean all bedding after each stay and don’t assume a bed was not slept in. These are all things that can be fixed easily. Outside of that, this was a great place to stay. Just have a serious conversation with your cleaning crew and replace the faucet in the kitchen.

Year 2 at this delightful home away from home! This is our happy spot in the sun, and the house gives us all the space we need inside and out! The location is perfect and close to so many places to eat and shop. See you all again next year

We will not return. House was OK - pool was cold - didn't like dealing with owners.
When we booked, the original listing stated “PRIVATE POOL (HEATED)”.
5 months later I checked the listing – text had been changed to “HEATED POOL- $75 PER DAY”.
$75 per day is an excessive unexpected cost per day for a 21 day stay.
When we contacted the owner about the issue they said...
"Sorry for any confusion but there is a $75 per day charge to cover our electricity costs. We understand if you wish to cancel. We will provide you a full refund."
Cancel? Five months later with fewer rentals available? We book EARLY for a reason.
They did not honor our original agreement or even offer to negotiate with us.
How are owners (and VRBO) allowed to change rental terms on the fly AFTER renters are already booked? Does the info on listings means nothing?
